I have been going to great clips Big bay point for a few years now, and I have always received a warm welcome From the team.Nikki is amazing and really appreciated how kind and courteous she is. Yesterday we had a transaction issue that couldn’t be resolved right before closing. Nikki called me on her own time to try and sort it out. I met her at the store and she tried everything to resolved it. It unfortunately has to be resolved by Mastercard. And one more note. Cindy, thank you for the new style. I love it.

I had such a great experience with Saijan! Not only did she give my kid a wonderful haircut, but she also kindly mentioned that the discount code could be found on Facebook and Instagram while scrolling the home page, not through the search bar. That little tip saved us from wasting time on fake codes.
