have been going to Great Canadian Oil Change since my 2024 F150 first oil change, and this was probably my fourth visit. I recently went in for a routine oil change, expecting the usual service. My vehicle was at the autoshop today, mechanic told me who ever put my tires on put them backwards. Well, I came to this shop to have them done, I understand the line was long and I patiently waited without complaint. However, there is an expectation to the job done right.. Not very pleased with this result. I'd suggest checking their work if you are swapping out winter/summer tires. I won't make that mistake again.
Wow, I am impressed!! A whole team came to my car and checked tires, all fluids & filters and did the synthetic oil change in minutes. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous team who even offered water or coffee while I waited. This is a whole new level of service to me and I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area. I will certainly be back. Thank You!
