Over the years I’ve had Candice as my service advisor. She makes it so easy to understand what needs to be done with my car, plus she is so knowledgable in Bmw systems and operations. There’s never any pressure or upselling, which is so refreshing. Candice always communicates throughout the day with what’s going on during the appointment, and has gone above and beyond to make arrangements for a rental vehicle for me if the appointment runs longer than anticipated.
