They accept walk ins but I highly suggest booking your appt because they are always pretty busy!
The pedicure was good, the polish could use some work (large gaps left on all sides of nail, flaws/texture in polish on big toes). Also I asked 3 separate times for a smoothing pedicure, received and was charged for a regular pedicure.
Darlene is a pro. I highly recommend. Careful with cuticle trimming, attentive to detail and also approachable with any preferences you might have. I feel comfortable with her. She’s one of the senior technicians there so definitely ask for her if she’s available.
