Electrical Elite
“Re Generac generator purchase and installation…..
From the very first meeting to evaluate my property for the appropriate generator, and the best
location — to the final turnover, everything was professional with no issues. The Installation process was reviewed carefully with me, and continued follow-up from the office was prompt and professional as well. The price was competitive and in-line with other brands. I am new to the world of power failures and generator back-up systems, so appreciate the careful planning, and execution of the install. All necessary 3rd party services were arranged and co-ordinated by Electrical Elite including a licensed gas fitter and Hydro One — another bonus for me.
The only negative comment I would offer concerns an accident causing damage to my property. But this has nothing to do with the team’s overall performance.
I am confident all future performance promises will be met, and look forward to a winter “up North”without the stress and threat of power outages. As well I plan to contact Electrical Elite for other electrical repairs and/ or upgrades to my property, based on this great experience.”
