Dr Sandhu is a terrific & brilliant physician. I’m lucky to have her as a family doctor. The facility is clean , & in a convenient location. I have been going here since it opened , I have had many positive experiences than negative ones. Actually, they exceeded my expectations. Update 12/02/2025 I’m blessed to have the opportunity to be a patient of Dr. Roop Sandhu. Throughout the many years of treatment both my physical and mental condition has substantially improved. Dr.Johnson is by far the best family doctor I've had. She seems to actually care about her patients and getting to the root of an issue, looking in to what the cause could be as opposed to just the symptom.
In my experience she's been very thorough with tests and follow ups. Generally doesn't have super long wait times for appointments like other doctors I've had prior. Glad to have her as my healthcare provider, couldn't recommend more.

My doctor here is great. But the receptionist always has an attitude. They are not easy to reach. Im an autistic patient and need to be able to communicate in a way that serves me taking care of my health. With no voicemail, or ability to send an email, and the office hours not geeat/conflicting with my work schedule, it becomes very difficult. Phone calls can be difficult for me to begin with, and it is an accessibility issue to not work with me on ensuring i can reach my doctor.
