We dropped into DPD about a month ago having decided to make an upgrade to our kitchen. This was amidst the restrictions in place because of Covid. We did not have an appointment but luckily there was an opening and Nicole welcomed us into the show room. Nicole was friendly and provided us with a lot of helpful advice that was critical in our decision making process, both in terms of choosing our material and DPD. To be honest I expected them to be higher priced because of their fancier show room and pictures posted online. Having obtained 4 quotes from companies based in Barrie, DPD was very competitive so I was happily surprised. Given the competitive pricing, high rating from online reviews and Nicole’s helpful advice we chose DPD and boy are we happy. Today our new counters were installed and we could not be happier. We ultimately chose a slab different from what we originally thought we wanted from looking at small samples at the big box stores in part thanks to Nicole’s advice and we are so happy with the end product. It looks fantastic. End to end a service success. Lindsey and Laurie were both friendly and highly responsive to all of our questions throughout the pricing, ordering and scheduling process. The templater and installers were all highly professional and also provided helpful advice. I’ve personally worked in the service industry for 25 years and I can tell you DPD is first class from start to finish. You cannot go wrong. 5 out of 5.
