We knew our old wooden deck needed to be replaced, so we went ahead and collected three quotes. After comparing apples to apples and meeting each company’s owners, we decided to go with CHW (Custom Home Works) — and we’re so glad we did.
From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. After viewing and measuring our property, Justin provided a very reasonable quote along with a fair and straightforward payment schedule. We cannot say enough about the excellent service we received - from start to finish the communication was outstanding - we were always kept informed and felt welcomed to ask questions.
The crew we had of Paul and Eric were friendly, timely, efficient, and their craftsmanship was second to none.
They took immense pride in their work and went out of their way to ensure the job was done well, explaining any small hiccup.
Despite putting in long days, they listened to our (many) questions and made sure we understood.

From the first contact with Ryan of CHW, to crossing the finish line, it was a pleasure to work with this Company. The team, Justin, Cole, Sergio and the last day, Corey and Patrick were added to the mix to finish off, were all wonderful to work with. As Sergio didn’t hesitate to tell me “that won’t look right”, LOL, with 18 years experience I figured he was right and he was.
My husband and I are getting on in years so it was nice they took the furniture off the deck and put it back when they finished. Thank you to all for your patience and caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CHW for any renovation you need.
