We went to the Barrie location last night to get ear piercings for my daughter, her friend, and myself, and we had such a great experience!
Booking online was super simple, and when we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Thea and Bry were absolutely amazing with the girls. They were so patient and kind, and when my daughter’s friend started to get a little nervous, they took the time to talk her through it and waited until she felt ready. Shannon did an amazing job piercing both my children's (8&10) ears. They healed beautifully and were placed in the perfect spot on their lobes! 10/10 experience. The ladies here are awesome with kids :)
Went in today to get my daughter's ears pierced by Jess and Bry. I love that they did it at the same time because my daughter was nervous and this made it go by smooth. Jess was super friendly and very knowledgeable on the after care process. Jess made this experience so positive for my daughter.
