Frustrating beyond belief and almost not worth the aggravation.
The PSWs will constantly leave the door unlocked making a safety issue as anyone could walk in. I've had to show them how to lock a door! seriously!
My mother has limited movement and can't even safely take the small flight of stairs to ensure the door is locked.

I've called multiple times and they used to call me back or even just answer the phone. all i get now is the voicebox of the managers and they don't call me back anymore, i guess i complained too much. they need to fire and rehire management and ensure their PSWs are competent enough to know how a door lock works.

They continue to change the Schedulers, who by the way are very tone deaf. They fail to realize they would not have a job if it was not for us in the community. They try to shove male workers on older females constantly. They do not read files or file notes. The care they give as a company is disgusting to say the least. They need to be overhauled. So they sent me a message and asked me to call them at the 866 number which is the Corporate office. The person answering the phone had no clue as to what to do. Worst organization ever! The PSW’s steal from you, they never come when they are supposed to, they tell your loved ones only they care about them, they make them sit on their walkers and push them from room to room, they never stay longer than 30 mins and they never lift a finger to do anything!
