Worst organization ever! The PSW’s steal from you, they never come when they are supposed to, they tell your loved ones only they care about them, they make them sit on their walkers and push them from room to room, they never stay longer than 30 mins and they never lift a finger to do anything!

The manager of Barrie does not return phone calls even when it is regarding a safety concern. She does not listen to voicemails. I have left a total of four voicemails all concerning PSWs who have entered my house and have not received any type of callback.

The manager needs to be reconsidered as this is not safe for patients who have concerns

Absolutely awful company to work for. Communication is their biggest downfall in the office. I get 3 different responses regarding office hours, picking up my final paystub/returning work phone and the t4s, its like its their first time ever dealing with it. No one has a clue in there. No one can tell you the same thing about information that most would say is very important to share.
You cannot get help or guidance when with clients from anyone. The barrie PSM is pointless, if it’s still Rachel M, I feel sorry for you because it took me 2-3 months to get a response regarding a health and safety hazard.
