It looks like an individual employee geo-located this point/number, which is being confused with the actual organization. Goes to voice mail when called.
The person in question is Charlene Snow, did she do this for the personal career advance at the expense of the actual organization or a victim of someone else's actions - also a question, meanwhile customers are the ones affected.
Hope someone from BMO notices, and removes this misleading info from google maps and possibly other places.
