I absolutely love Bailey Nelson. The staff was the most kind staff I have ever met. I had to cancel a few times due to my kids getting sick and they were so accommodating! When my kids were finally in, the Woman in the front ( I can’t remember her name) was so amazing. She went above and beyond to help me understand things for my son. Even made it really fun when my kids were picking out which glasses they wanted. The doctor is so kind and was so gentle with my kids while doing the testing. I 1000% recommend this place for all your eye care and needs. Thank you guys for everything!

The start here are INCREDIBLY kind. I showed up very early for my appointment and the team were so warm, welcoming, and just excited to interact with me.
The optometrist was polite, everything was extremely clean.
I strongly recommend coming here, especially for a basic eye exam.
They’re quick but also thorough.

The team is SO friendly, the doctor explained the various types of lenses and contacts with a great deal of patience. The appointment did not feel rushed, overall an amazing experience. I would highly recommend. Thank you for making an eye exam fun! 🤩
