The girls working at Merivale and Barrhaven are so friendly and helpful every time I visit. The customer service is consistent. There are always available beds within a 30 minute window even if I'm booking last minute and the staff have made suggestions or appointment modifications for me when requested. Kudos to having great staff!

A couple of months ago I signed up at Itan, and Maiya helped me with signing up. She explained and broke down everything, and provided me with the most suitable membership for my needs. She has been so lovely every time i’ve gone in. She is super respectful and she has honestly made my experience so much more smooth. With any questions I had, she always happily answered for me.
