We were facing a tight timeline on a conditional offer on the purchase of a property. Geoff made time in his busy schedule to do an inspection within a day, texted immediately afterwards to say things were in order, and followed up the next day with two detailed reports. Solid, professional work.
We were SO impressed by Geoff. His thoroughness, knowledge, and attention to detail is excellent. He explained and answered questions as he was completing the inspection, not just waiting until the end. The report has numerous pictures to go with the evaluation of various areas as well. Geoff was able to complete not only the house inspection, but also the septic and WETT, saving us having to contact multiple people. We could not recommend Geoff more-will definitely utilize his services again.
I would definitely recommend Geoff at Citadel home inspections. If professionalism and quality are important to you, don’t look anywhere else.
