We’ve used Priority Mechanical a few times now for both plumbing and heating issues, and they have always been prompt, professional, and helpful. They are honest about pricing and always work to find cost-effective solutions that put the customer first. One thing we really appreciate is that they send a text with a picture and bio of the technician before they arrive—it gives peace of mind knowing who is coming to the door. Most recently, we had an emergency plumbing situation on a weekend. The plumber clearly explained what he was going to do, and although weekend calls usually cost more, he gave us a break on the price, which we really appreciated. Great service... read full review

Been using Priority now for some time and it’s been nothing but positive. From servicing our furnace on an emergency break down and keeping it running, to maintenance over the years. Craig and Zackary just replaced our 20 year old furnace in a short period of time, with minimal disturbance to our finished basement and in a professional manner. Steve the sales guy was a great help in the whole process, keeping us within budget and checked in during the install. Thanks again team Priority.
