Amazing to work with, very flexible and always willing to answer your questions. Drop off and pick up of the container was seamless - the driver was extremely courteous and kind. Will update after the container is dropped at the new location but so happy so far!!!

Okanagan Packing & Moving was able to send many customers the way of Big Steel Box in Kelowna in 2024 by our many suggests and hope for more of the same in 2025! We also provided a few very helpful jobs right in their yard in 2024! This is an easy in and out yard and well run. Best run container business by far!

I don’t usually give reviews but I had a situation where I spoke to Anna who was rude and gave me attitude. She messed up my delivery and I almost had to pay double the price for a loaded pickup and delivery. When I called back, I then spoke to Hanna who could only tell me that I signed a contract and that’s what it is. Fortunately, (after asking to speak with management) Erika who was AMAZING followed up and checked over the recorded called and confirmed that the experience I had prior was not an accurate representation of their business. She proceeded to give me a credit and discounted my next invoice. I almost hated this company if wasn’t for Erika. Thank you... read full review
