Have been dealing with this clinic for a few years and have always had the best and compassionate service: My 19 year old dog just the other day had to be euthanized and from the initial receptionist call to the vet there was nothing but sincere compassion shown.

They are great for accommodating (some) already existing clients. There are definitely things they could improve on, like having patience with people and their pets. I feel overwhelmed when I have to go in with my pets as they are pushy and expect you to know how they operate. The secretary and vet assistant need a bit of an attitude adjustment and they need to stop demanding that people put their pets up on the table or hold them down, if it's not physically logical... I’ve brought my entire crew to this vet and they have always been stellar! Spayed both my cats and my dog and all procedures went smoothly! They always inform me of what’s going to be done, and are very thorough with the aftercare. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service has always been great! Even squeezed in our cat for an emergency on one of their very busy days. Great service all around!
