Sergiy is a very knowledegable technician that has been helping our companies for the last 10 years, very efficiently and patiently.
He is also very accomodating with his time and even on especial circumstances on holidays and even vacation.

So we have all been there.Get your coffee, sit and login and then NOTHING happens.Dead Computer. You try everything...battery, plugs , internet etc.Nothing and you realize quickly something is more than bad. Well thanks to Serge, I was able to get a new computer readied. I sent him my bad computer which btw was only 1 year old. He took it apart, grabbed my hard drive which of course was encrypted. Got around that then in a different time zone, entered my computer and downloaded every file I had on my blacked out machine. It took a few days but only because I needed to locate a new computer and wait 3 days for my computer to clear customs and get to him. Within an hour...read full review
