Known snow event, good 10year customers in old age. One on dialysis but doing well. Condition of driveway?! Love to see the ambulance get through. Terrible snow removal services for many years. Unacceptable after snow started and was known about a day earlier. I understand the plow business, trucks go down but you have back up guys to help out and vise/Vera. The owner is a friend but Unfortunately I can not accept this situation when not even one scrape in 24hours. Property totally unacceptable to emergency services. I am not the client but if I was... sorry Pat but I would have stopped snow removal by RMF years ago as it never improves. It's one of the worst snow removal services I have ever come across as a commercial properties manager. Disappointed.
