Terry was fantastic! He takes the time to explain not only how the system works but, he also teaches you the dogs' concept of parameters. When he was done, everything clicked... We're 6 days now, and my ball obsessed dog will not cross his boundaries...even for his ball! So impressed with this system
Had this radio fence installed in spring of 2021. Terry was amazing and easy to work with. Had two small issues (prongs not right for my pup, and a recharging issue) and he fixed both problems quickly and professionally. Just ordered a new collar for a second pup!
Terry was very professional, explained how everything worked and how to train the dog to understand the fence and his boundaries. The work was done neatly and everything was tidied up.I would highly recommend RadioPet if you are looking to put in a dog fence.
