Under its new owners, the space is clean and well-maintained, featuring a full-service laundromat with high-tech washers and dryers, including large capacity machines for blankets and big loads. The machines run well, the dryers dry super fast, and the place does not smell bad. The business offers excellent customer service with very friendly and positive staff. Services include eco-friendly dry cleaning, a wash-and-fold laundry service, and comprehensive on-site tailoring and alterations, with outcomes that please customers. While the laundry service receives mixed feedback, the dry cleaning service is pretty good, with items returning well cleaned. The convenience of extended hours, a drive-thru, and an on-site coin machine is appreciated. Overall, it is a great, full-service experience where customers most definitely plan to return.

Excellent experience at Parkers Cleaners Aurora. I often get my bedsheets, comforters and towels cleaned with their wash & fold service. Very happy with the cleaning. New owners as of a few months ago have been great to work with aswell. I would definitely recommend.
Parkers Cleaners in Aurora has really improved under the new owners. The space is clean, the machines run well, and it feels like a proper full-service laundromat again.
