We have just bought a condo and sold a house with Wayne and his amazing team. Wayne and Janice gave us detailed and practical advice to prepare the house and Janice and Kiersten staged the home beautifully without disrupting our lives. The video and photos were excellent. Wayne is ethical, efficient, enthusiastic and a great negotiator. All three were a pleasure to deal with and made the process very smooth. We felt we were in good hands.
