Juicepet is a welcoming pet grooming business where pets feel at ease. The owner is kind, knowledgeable, and attentive, taking the time to understand each pet's needs. The shop is clean, spacious, and tidy, creating a friendly environment that makes pets excited to visit. The staff is caring, patient, and tolerant, making them ideal for pets with anxiety or past traumas. With bilingual staff speaking Cantonese and Mandarin, communication is smooth, and pets leave looking and feeling great.
The groomers here are incredibly attentive and gentle with my dog. Their prices are great, and every haircut turns out exactly like the reference photos I provide. They’re also always on time. I highly, highly recommend this place!
The staff there goes above and beyond for your loved ones. Not only the result is beyond expectation but they also let you know what to be aware of in the current seasons. The service is top notch.
Both owners are super attentive and gentle when handling our kiddos ( we have a senior husky and a poodle) they ALWAYS always do a very thorough check up in advance and report once they finished the grooming . Let s just say as pets owner, I 100% trust them with my pets there .
we visited them for over three years when lived there, never had any incidents. we left Newmarket two years ago, we have been to many grooming salon s in multiple cities , Calgary Vancouver and now in Seattle , I have also tried interned at PetSmart as a bather for 3 months , as half insider and many years of grooming customer, let s just say the level of their service is definitely top...read full review
