Stopped in today for the first time at a Great Clips salon for a haircut and I was pleasantly surprised. The haircut with stylist Sharon was great. I came in as a walk in but the wait was not too long --only 20 minutes or so and Sharon was very lovely and personable and gave me the cut exactly as I asked. Turned out great and I will definitely go back. I am usually in tears after a salon cut because it is often cut way shorter than asked but not here. She took off only the amount of length I requested and I walked out very happy with the cut and service.

Was hesitant at first. I've always gone to expensive barbershops with pool tables, jazzy lights and cool music walking away $60-70 lighter. I needed a cut badly so I tried this place out.
She did an amazing job. Not only that she got those tiny hairs behind the ear that all other expensive barbers miss. Fade was perfect and the length is bang on. I can usually find long hairs that get missed later on. Not this time.
Very friendly and clean environment.
I'll definitely be going back.

Today I stoped in at the great clips here in Aurora for the first time while my husband was looking at another store, I had checked in online which was super simple and was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by sherry when I entered! She was a ray of sunshine! The type of service she delivered is not seen often, it made me feel like I was being taken care of, she took the time to recommend products, tell me the condition of my hair and ask what kind of routine I follow whereas sometimes other locations I have visited it has felt rushed but not with sherry, she took her time and took care with the cut.
