Thank you to Eric who tested my fridge that suddenly stopped working. I luckily got an appointment same day especially happy since it was a Saturday. He explained all the options to me. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. This is a company with integrity and we will definitely use them again! I’d give ten stars if I could !!
I don’t usually do reviews that often but my Maytag dryer was not working, yesterday I call two different companies first one responded but never saw it went to my junk mail. I call Spark Service PRO yesterday and there able fit me in for today.
The receptionist took all the relevant information and explained everything very professionally answer my question waited until I found the serial numbers on the dryer and such.
Anyway what and who I was soooo impressed by was Serjey K. He came in a timely manner he let know in advance his ETA would be 45mins..
When he came I was able to explain what the problem was.he even wore shoes protectors as he came.nice.

The Spark Service Pro phone service is excellent. They are always there in person to take a call, organize a service appointment and follow up with any additional interaction with your technician. Very timely. My service tech, Yarik, gave me some options for the fix. He had the tools and knowledge to complete the job. Very good tech!
