Really great service and follow-up. Delivery went perfectly as did support figuring out the chemicals. I've also found Ty's online tutorials helpful. We're loving our new Bullfrog tub. My teens are using it almost every day!
We have recently purchased a new Norquay hot tub from the Backyard team and are very pleased with it. The whole process was very smooth and Tye and his team were very easy to work with. Their delivery was efficient and timely and they have been great to work with throughout.
