This was my second visit at this medical center. The receptionist was very rude, she was condescending and kept correcting my handwriting with aggressive behaviour. I noticed there was a sign that rude behaviour will not be tolerated, I find that really Ironic now. Does that apply to your staff as well? The technician was polite and nice and did her job well. I gave an additional star because the technician was professional.
The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. I was the only one there and seen right away for an ultrasound. The whole process took about 15 minutes. Great service and bedside manor.
