Dr MacAlpine was so kind and understanding when I had an issue with a prescription on a new pair of glasses. He wasn't even the Dr that gave me the new updated script but when I was having such difficulty seeing and adjusting to them ( please note I have been wearing glasses since I have been 5 years old and I am now 63! ), which was unusual for me, he saw me right away. He identified the issue and they took care of me promptly, replacing my lenses quickly and fairly. The staff at the office... in particular my pal Justin :) were kind and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and satisfied. I highly recommend this office as very professional and helpful! When I had a sudden retinal issues Dr. McAlpine saw me immediately and sent me as an urgent case to a specialist. He has discovered eye issues that needed attention urgently, therefore preventing them from becoming worse. Office staff helped me find glasses that fit my face, ordering in smaller width frames until I found one that really worked.
