My experience with Richard and Carol Anne was fantastic. I can't ask for more.Both were very professional and knowledgeable, and we can agree that when buying a house, it is paramount to have the expert eye on your corner!On the personal side, I think they are delightful human beings, and I look forward to sharing a BBQ someday. Worth every single penny. Hands down.~~Richard and Carol Anne recently completed a home inspection for me on an older property. The team showed up on time and were very professional. They left no stoneunturned. The report provided, following the inspection, is extremely detailed and they have gone above and beyond to make valuable recommendations while paying close attention to all relevant building codes and standards.
