I used Armada Inspection services Ltd. To come and check for mould in my home. Richard was very professional, kind and understanding of my concerns. He TOOK HIS BOOTS OFF ( I was grateful and a bit surprised) and thoroughly inspected everything using infrared technology. He explained that everything was fine , putting me at ease and some things I could do to help with a bit of excess humidity. I will definitely recommend Armada and Richard to anyone looking for this service.
Richard is extremely knowledgeable and sincere.
He took the time to answer our many questions, often providing historical context regarding building codes and standards. He was very thorough, checking our roof, attic, and all the nooks and crannies in our basement. He also gave us additional insights regarding wet/damp spots and the quality and integrity of our insulation with the thermal readings he was able to collect.
The inspection report Richard has provided us will be an important document as we negotiate our house purchase. As first time home buyers, we would be at a significant loss if it weren’t for Richard’s expertise, integrity, and generosity.

Working with Richard was such a refreshing experience. He was friendly, open, honest and thorough. We appreciated his extensive knowledge of policies, laws and the history of how they came to be with relation to home building along with manufactures specs and warranties. We would recommend working with Richard to anyone and feel thankful to have found him.
