I cannot recommend this company enough. I went in this morning needing a new hot water tank and explained that I had no hot water at all. Within only two hours, I already had a team at my house installing a brand new tank.

From start to finish, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The installers worked so efficiently, made sure everything stayed clean, and made the whole experience stress-free and comfortable. We had a sump pump fail. I spoke with Tanya. She kept me updated on when the plumber would be there. Since our issue was not an emergency, we were able to wait until the next morning. MacPherson's sent out Benjamin to fix it. It was done quickly and professionally. He went out of his way to make sure everything was carefully cleaned up. I was very happy with the service.
