We contacted Ray based on the reviews on Google as we wanted a small bathroom renovation completed at our property in Port Franks. Not the easiest place to get contractors for the London area to we found out. With Ray being located only 20 minutes away we contacted his after meeting decided he was our guy. On time, communication was good and always happy to take the time to share details and recommendations. Renovation was completed within time frame shared and workmanship was great. Raymond was an excellent contractor. He tried significantly to keep within his quote and my budget. His workmanship was high quality and he demonstrated a very high concern for the job he agreed to do. He went well beyond his level of responsibility. He was very easy to talk with regarding the project and always listened to my suggestions and concerns. He pointed out many areas and possibilities that could be considered for improvement. He made many adjustments for the conditions he had to work with in a house that was 175 years old - with many issues that were not easily dealt with.
