Doesn't answer phone, you sometimes have to call several times over a few days to get a response. ( home business ) know someone who showed up for an appt and was told she didn't have an appointment at that time ( she did have the day & time right ) myself I had been there a few times but then was basically dropped as a client, well I got the hint when I called several times looking to book an appointment but my calls were never returned. It wasnt anything I'd done as a customer, I guess she just didn't need the business.So odd as usually the customer choses whether a place of business is right for them, not a business dropping customers for... read full review
