Jo-Dee's team provided excellent customer service when I ordered a flower arrangement for a special young lady's 89th birthday. Unfortunately, she was hospitalized with gallstones, but Jo-Dee's team tried to deliver the flowers twice and assured me they would deliver fresh flowers once she returns home. 10/10
The flower arrangement I recieved today was beautiful! I was so excited to receive it, I practically scared your delivery person when I opened the door when it arrived. She was very friendly by the way. The flowers smell wonderful, colors are so bright and vibrant. I'm extremely pleased, and happy! We will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you again.
