Dale was phenomenal to work with. He is extremely professional and thorough with his work and report. We are first time home buyers with very little knowledge of housing and construction and we felt at ease with him as our inspector. He helped walk us through everything and encouraged many questions. We will be finishing the basement in the home and he took extra time afterwards to guide us in the right direction and share his expertise. He even helped us measure some walls and support posts, which was truly kind of him. He treats you like family and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

We had an inspection completed by Dale on a home we are intending to purchase. Dale was incredibly thorough and efficient identifying and taking pictures of any issues and pointing out areas for general maintenance and repair from top to bottom of the whole house I was blown away by the details included in the report we received (in less than 6 hours!) that included photos and details of maintenance that we can use for years to come.
Dale was incredibly professional and used layman terms so even I could understand what he was talking about and put us at ease.
