Brandon at HomeTek Home Inspections came highly recommended by our realtor and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Brandon booked us in promptly and spent a considerable amount of time performing a thorough inspection of our home. He went over things as he went, answered questions professionally and in ways easy to understand. Brandon provided a detailed report and even recommended an experienced company to create an egress window in the near future. Thanks for the amazing service!

Brandon did an exceptional job with the inspection he did on our house. He was very thorough and very professional. Brandon took the time to explain everything to us about the issues he discovered and that went a long way for us. As first-time homebuyers purchasing a pre-owned townhouse in Vaughan, my fiancé and I had many questions going into and during the inspection itself – what to expect, what would be covered, what some technical terms mean, etc. Even though we contacted Brandon over the holidays, he was able to schedule us in quickly which we really appreciated. Brandon was as informative and helpful through email as he was in person. The inspection never felt rushed and he took his time, walking us through everything and answering all of the questions we had.
