Angus Walk-in Clinic is a valuable resource for residents, open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to noon. Despite long wait times due to a shortage of doctors, staff are kind and helpful, quickly addressing any mistakes. Doctors work diligently during their four-hour shifts, and while patients may have to wait, they generally report having positive experiences. However, some wish the clinic was open more days.
I am so thankful for the clinic in Angus. Saves the hours I would have to wait at emerg or a clinic in another town. It’s so easy, go down in the morning and book an appt. Very professional and friendly staff and doctors.
Thank you to Dr. Knobeisdorf for your compassion and caring. It was much needed it a world that seems to lack this considerably. My few visits to this clinic have been above and beyond on two of three visits. This coming from someone who has a family Dr.
As well.
Its great that we have a walk-in clinic in Angus, even if its only a couple days a week. The wait times can be long, which makes sense due to the shortage of doctors, but the staff is very kind and helpful, and when mistakes happen, they try and fix them right away. The doctor at the walk-in clinic is very nice, and while seeing lots of patients in a row, still tries to be as thorough as possible. I wish we got more doctors in town, but it is what it is.
