All the great reviews you’ve read are true!After talking and emailing with Gerry I decide to make the one hour drive to their location.There I met Nathan and discussed the needed repairs to replace the complete left side roof panel. I also explained that there was an urgency because our vacation was coming shortly and we had already booked a campsite.Nathan repaired the panel with new materials and sealed it up to make it watertight.This was accomplished at the agreed upon quote in half the time frame discussed.I highly recommend this company!

Gerry and his team SAVED our East Coast holiday last year. I broke our tent-trailer pop-up mechanism. Our trailer sat for over a month in another shop, and they did not fix it, and told me "parts not available, nothing we can do". I called every SW Ontario RV repair shop and no one could get the parts, or provide me with any information on who can help. I found JD's RV shop via Google and I finally had someone who said they could help me! Not only did they do an amazing job, in time crunch, for a reasonable price, they also had wonderful customer service and showed a great deal of knowledge in the industry! I had a issue with my water heater pilot staying light, and i called them, they got me in right away. Super friendly and an excellent service and price . They got my camper trailer moving again . Thank you guy you, guys are my number 1 go to. ????
