Our daughter purchased 4 new tires and installation with a full brake lube/caliper service. The tire installation took all day. Had to call to see if the job was completed. The bill was incorrect stating tire purchase, installation and an oil change? The mechanic checked and advised that the bill printout was incorrect and the brake service was indeed completed. One week later the car had a noise braking and took it in for seized front calipers. Ryno Motors never did the brake service, however billed for it. Not recommended.

Recently, I had my winter tire change in this location. I called them to let them know that my car starts shaking and vibrating badly when I drove it on the highway. A man in the phone said they can't do anything about it and hung up. This auto shop does not care about their customer! I'm not coming back in this place! You've lost a customer!
