We bought our second home from Previn Court recently and really appreciated the customer service. Mirna and Giovanna were great and provided exceptional customer care and support. Our original plans were to downsize and buy a resale ,but when plans changed we didn’t hesitate to buy again from the same builder. A smaller boutique builder provided us with custom quality and service you don’t get from anywhere else. 9 ft ceilings on both levels is a nice touch not to mention the outside potlights.
