This was my second visit to Mineke, and I was impressed with the service I received. Although I had an issue with my right side brake initially, the team did a great job in resolving the problem. A couple of weeks later, I had an issue with the opposite side brake, but the customer service representative was very helpful in getting my vehicle into the shop and getting the job done. I'm grateful for the effort the staff put into getting my vehicle done, and I appreciate the excellent service I received from Meineke.
My experience was beyond my expectations. I dealt with Meineke many years ago. I bought a new truck and took it to the dealership for service. Our first heat wave the I went to put the AC and got not but hot air. Instead of going to my normal shop I went to Meineke being my mechanic could not recharge with freon. Even thou fully booked Meineke took my truck in and later that day gave me the bad news . Compressor and condenser was shot. After I picked myself off the floor I gave the go ahead to repair the AC. I had a really good experience here and felt taken care of from start to finish. They were friendly, honest, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process stress free. They explained what was going on with my vehicle in a way I could actually understand and didn’t push anything I didn’t need. The work was done quickly and the price was fair (I checked around!). I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Meineke to friends and family.
