Since moving to the area we have been using Promarc for all our heating services. They made an emergency service call during the winter when we had no heat very promptly and are very honest and will not repair things that do not need to be repaired. ? satisfied and will continue to use them!

Our Alexandria condominium complex required 24 flex lines installed from the fans in the twelve third floor units through to the attic. Everyone at Promarc from Marc, Eric and all of their workers were excellent. They answered all our questions their workers are polite, professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up afterwards. We can't say enough good stuff. Thank you Promarc, job well done.

In all my years I have never experienced the quality of service that I received from ProMarc Services. Extremely conscientious and protective of my property.. kind, considerate, respectful. These are but a few of the top notch character traits that I was a recipient of. From the initial phone call, and quick response, to the final goodbyes.. I feel like I made new friends. They were so easy to like, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. It's all a little funny when you realize I'm talking about a plumbing company, but if I have learned anything, it's that they are so much more!
