The knowledgeable and friendly staff provide excellent service and assistance, which enhances every visit. With great end-of-season sales and various workshops, Vandermeer Nursery is highly recommended for anyone interested in gardening or pond plants. The garden centre features an amazing variety of items that cannot be found elsewhere, and although some things may be a bit more expensive, the giant selection and amazing organization make it worthwhile. Always a great visit. Plants are thoughtfully laid out. Beautiful hanging plants and planters. Good selection of herbs. Lovely pots and garden ornaments. Great end of season markdowns.
Visited Vandermeer Nursery recently and ended up spending way more time there than I planned because there was so much to look at! The selection was impressive, and all the plants looked healthy and well cared for. I picked up a few flowers for my garden and appreciated that the staff were friendly and willing to answer questions without being pushy.
The nursery is well organized, making it easy to browse, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Even if you’re not a serious gardener, it’s a lovely place to walk around and get inspiration. I’ll definitely be back for more plants later in the season. 🌷🌿😊
My family and I's preferred source for all things greenery— our annual pilgrimage to stock up on annuals is always a pleasure! Incredible selection of well raised plants, flowers, greenery, and anything you might need to keep it all alive! (Bonus points for having frozen mantises avaliable for natural pest control and a turtle rescue in the back— so cool! 🤓)
