Love this store. Natasha is amazing. She is so patient, helpful and understanding. She always takes the time to help me pick the right glasses. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for great glasses, deals and people!

I just want to share my amazing experience at the Ajax location. My initial visit came about due to the buy one free get one free promotion. I was assisted by Natasha and everything went perfectly. Natasha was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and most of all patient! I have a difficult time in deciding but I never felt rushed once. She took the time to go over each pair and provide her honest feedback. She made some suggestions which proved to be very helpful. I felt like I was in good hands! i had my eyes checked a couple of weeks ago and all I can say it that Dr Printer is great. She explained everything and answered all my questions. The staff at this location were very helpful, friendly and very accommodating. Prices are also great I would recommend this optical place highly.
