I’ve been coming to this shop for a while because the service is quick and the pricing is reasonable, which I do appreciate.
However, my recent experience was disappointing and concerning. Over my last few oil changes, it appears my fluids were not properly topped up. After about 2 months and roughly 2,000 km of driving, I checked and found multiple fluids near the minimum or empty.
When I brought this up, I was told that they “always fill everything,” and even that fluids like coolant can drop to low levels within that short time frame. That explanation didn’t make sense to me.
Update March 2026: Came to get safety done for Uber/Lyft driving and surprised their price went up by $30. Now it's $80 to get safety done...on an EV that's brand new mind you. But they were quick and professional. And still love the cat.
Original review: Got my car safety before selling it. They were quite busy and waiting 3 hours to get it done but once they got to it, it was fast.
