I recently got my makeup done by Natasha and had a fantastic experience! Tasha was incredibly personable and made me feel comfortable from the start. She listened to my ideas and understood my concerns about achieving the look I wanted with my hooded eyes.
In the end, my eyeshadow looked absolutely wonderful—I have never felt so confident after getting my makeup done before. Thank you Natasha!
I had amazing service today by Samara. She did a thorough shade match and was educated on matching olive toned, medium and deeper skin tones. She was warm and attentive. My mom who easily gets overwhelmed at cosmetic stores saw how Samara helped me and ended up joining in to get a shade match also. My mom has a physical disability and Samara found ways to make her comfortable, finding a spot for her to sit while helping her find some products and matching her. This is a huge change in service I've experienced at this location in the past. We wish her all the best :)
5 star rating for Gabby. Excellent costumer service. I came here to exchange a concealer- I wasn't expecting to get help since I know this location is busy. I was pleasantly surprised. Gabby was kind enough to discuss my concerns in depth, recommended a different concealer, & matched my shade perfectly. Its become my holy grail. Thank you Gabby, you are awesome!!
