I attended this location today, somewhat reluctantly, as I have not had great service in the past..... within a short amount of time...Chanella changed my day and my opinion of this location! She was professional and welcoming and VERY patient. Chanella is very knowledgeable and took the time to not only go over various brow products and information but took care in applying a couple of brow colours to ensure we got the most suitable one for us! Thank you Chanella for a wonderful start to our day! You are definitely as asset to the SEPHORA AJAX team!
Serena at Ajax Sephora was so helpful in helping my 65 year old mom choose out some new makeup. She was so patient and addressed my mom’s concerns without dismissing her. Shout out to Serena for making her feel comfortable playing around with makeup and feeling good no matter the age!
Kadisha was so helpful!! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect eyebrow products. She tested a few different ones and gave me lots of options to choose from.
