I booked an appointment for my mom here after she got her hair cut in Whitby and was really unhappy with her results. Her bangs and overall haircut were very uneven. I called this salon and they were able to fit her in the same day. Nirali did a great job evening everything out and fixing her concerns.
Loved the service level, both for the actual service (root touch up) and the overall experience at the salon. Fatima was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, and very professional yet in a way that made you feel comfortable. The best part was her attention to detail. She had my respect when she came over and apologised to me for running a little late for the scheduled appointment; I could see it was because she was making sure that her current client was properly taken care of and not rushed, just so that she can move on to the next! Got my hair done by Nirali and cannot recommend her work enough! I came in for a balayage and she took her time to really listen to what I wanted and we learned was i actually like the look of a foliage. It turned out so beautiful i recommend her 100%
