I have visited Laurel for a few years now and have never left the salon disappointed. I have never been waiting in the waiting area, as their service is so timely. They value your time and ensure top notch service. The staff are extremely polite and respectful. Even though I have moved further Laurel Richards is worth the drive !!
I’ve been going to Laurel Richards Hair for about 4 or 5 years now. I always receive excellent service. I usually call last minute, not expecting to get in right away and most times they can accommodate me. The salon is clean and bright and comfortable. I usually see Krystal, but my experiences with each of the staff has always been great - they are friendly and professional. Laurel - thank you for arranging root touch up kits. I was so happy to pick up curbside! Looking forward to getting back in when it is safe.
I have been going to Laurel’s for over 10 years. Laurel and her team are well trained in many techniques including up-dos, balayage, highlights, full colour etc. and my hair always turns out the way I request it to be done. Laurel helped me get healthy hair after my pregnancy, too. I love being able to support this local business!
